First Birthday Photo Session : George is ONE!

George is one! And how sweet is his little smile?

I have had the pleasure of watching this little family grow, from capturing Mitchell and Frances' wedding, to George's newborn photos, and now his first birthday milestone. Cue all of the heart emojis!

George was so so good for his session. I can't tell you how hard it sometimes can be with young babies and capturing the best photos, because they don't understand what exactly it is that we're doing, or why! This wasn't a problem at all for this little babe. His mama brought a few props that we used to start the shoot, and they couldn't have fit in more perfectly with our backdrops. And the adorable bear rug was made for George by his aunt!

The weather was gorgeous and that light? Perfection.

We did George's shoot at Glencairn Garden in Rock Hill, SC; one of my favorite places to shoot. It's always beautiful, no matter what time of year.
